A cooperative does not create quality by itself. Quality comes from two groups of partners — producing households and buyers — working to one plan agreed at the start of the season.
Member households
We work directly with member households against a seasonal plan, rather than buying on the spot market shipment by shipment. What is agreed covers variety, cultivation practice, the list of permitted inputs, pre-harvest intervals and the expected picking schedule.
In return, member households have a clearer outlet for their crop and technical support from the focal point for their zone. The VietGAP certified vegetable area currently covers 7 farming households across 20 ha. That is the scope stated on the certificate, not the total number of households in the cooperative.
Importing customers
With buyers we work in four steps: receive the request for quotation, agree specifications and send samples, run a trial order to verify specification and timing, and only then discuss a seasonal supply plan.
This is slower than signing a large contract at the outset, but it tells both sides the thing that matters most before volume is at stake: whether the goods really match the description, and whether the delivery schedule holds.
Processing and service partners
Some stages are carried out with specialist partners under an agreed protocol, particularly in the frozen line and in cold transport. Quality and documentation requirements apply equally, regardless of who performs the stage.
