The same growing region can yield three different product forms. Which form applies is not a matter of what we prefer to make, but of the destination market, the transit distance, and how the buyer uses the material.
Fresh
Graded, cleaned, cooled and packed to a specification agreed with the customer. This is the most time-critical line: the interval from picking to loading into a reefer should be as short as possible.
Frozen produce
Material is processed as soon as it reaches suitable ripeness — avocado, durian segments, passion fruit pulp, fruit and vegetables. Fast freezing preserves structure and flavour better than slow freezing.
The main value of this line to a buyer is timing: it extends the supply window beyond the fresh season, so customers who need steady material year-round for food processing, beverages or frozen retail do not have to follow the harvest calendar.
Dried fruit
Processing and trading dried fruit is the scope stated on our ISO 22000:2018 certificate no. 2506158.FMS.CN25, valid until 14/09/2028.
Capacity
Our food safety compliance certificate no. SCR118/2024/NNPTNT-LD states 220 tonnes per year for the scope of preliminary processing of avocado, dragon fruit and durian.
Capacity for other lines and items is confirmed against each specific enquiry, together with the relevant crop calendar. We do not publish a single combined figure, because such a figure would not be accurate for any individual item.
