Nam Ha Highfarm is an agricultural cooperative based in Nam Ha commune, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province — a highland area with a mild climate year-round and basalt soils well suited to fruit, vegetables and coffee.
What we do
Nam Ha Highfarm organises growing regions and supplies highland produce to domestic buyers and importing partners. Our four core groups are fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, coffee, and frozen or processed produce.
What distinguishes the cooperative model is that we do not buy on the spot market shipment by shipment. Our growing base is made up of member and partner households farming to one agreed protocol: the same varieties, the same care regime, the same field-log discipline. Quality is therefore more consistent from lot to lot, and when something goes wrong it can be traced back to the exact orchard and harvest date.
How production is organised
A seasonal plan is drawn up before each cycle, based on the contracted area and the demand our customers forecast. The cooperative agrees harvest timing, picking maturity and preliminary specifications with member households at the start of the season, rather than renegotiating them order by order.
After harvest, produce moves quickly to the preparation area for sorting, cleaning and cooling. Each lot receives its own code and record: source orchard, harvest date, inspection results, packing specification and storage conditions. That record is what an importing partner needs at customs and whenever a traceability request arrives.
Markets we serve
We serve three groups of customers: domestic buyers and distributors, importers in China, and other international partners looking for Vietnamese produce backed by proper documentation.
Each market has its own requirements on size, maturity, packing and paperwork. We involve customers from the seasonal planning stage so those requirements are built into cultivation and preparation, instead of being handled at the last step.
