A produce supply chain is only stable if the growers also gain from that stability. If member households have to dump their crop whenever prices fall, no seasonal plan survives contact with reality.
Working through the season, not just at intake
Technical staff work with member households throughout the season rather than appearing at the weighbridge: agreeing the protocol at the start, visiting on a regular cycle, reminding on pre-harvest intervals, and setting picking dates against the destination market requirement.
Why season data matters to both sides
Households update orchard condition and volume estimates during the season. For the cooperative that is the basis for taking orders responsibly — knowing what we have before we commit. For the household it is the basis for knowing in advance where their crop will go, instead of waiting for a trader to arrive at the gate.
Technical improvement is shared
What is learned in one orchard goes back to the whole group: which varieties suit which area, how to manage flowering, how to reduce the share of undersized fruit. That is far cheaper than letting each household test and fail on its own.
What it produces for importing partners
A stable supply does not come from a contract; it comes from growers wanting to continue year after year. That is what we are building, and it is what makes a multi-season supply plan worth relying on.
