Our avocado grows on basalt soils in the Lam Dong highlands. The mild climate and a distinct dry season help the fruit build oil content — the parameter processing customers care about most, and what gives fresh fruit its richness.
Avocado does not ripen on the tree. Cutting time is decided by fruit maturity, not skin colour: cut too early and the fruit will not ripen evenly, cut too late and too little transit time remains. We work backwards from the distance to your market to set the picking date.
After harvest, fruit is cooled early to slow ripening, graded by weight, checked for bruising and skin defects, then packed.
